What should I do if my water heater is leaking from the bottom?

If water is leaking from the bottom, shut off the cold-water supply and power, then call us. Bottom leaks often mean a failing tank or a drain valve issue. We offer same-day service if booked by 6 PM in Las Vegas and nearby areas. A technician will diagnose, provide a report, and present repair or replacement options. If we do the work, we waive the diagnostic charge. There are no service call or dispatch fees.

Quick steps:

  • Turn off cold-water valve on top of the heater.
  • For electric, switch off the breaker; for gas, set gas to Off.
  • Move items away and place a pan/towels.
