A typical HVAC tune-up with Sierra includes a seasonal 15-point cooling or heating tune-up and safety inspection. Technicians inspect the air filter, electrical and mechanical components, evaluate airflow, and calibrate the thermostat. You also get performance reporting, and same-day service is available. S.A.M. members receive up to four visits per year and, on qualifying systems, outdoor chemical coil cleaning and a gas pressure safety adjustment.
